Summary:  Naota a normal Japanese middle school student lives in with his grandpa and father, his brother left the house to play baseball and leaves Naota his girl friend Mamimi, who sends mixed signals and approaches Naota. Naota on the other hand does not know what to do, then as he walks away a woman riding a vespa runs him over then hits him on the head with a guitar. The womans calls herself Haruko and she changes Naota’s life into a more interesting and insane life.

FLCL, there are many ways to call it, whether its Fooly Cooly, Furi Curi, its all in the persons feelings. This OVA (Original Animation Video) doesnt seem to have any story or plot to those who watch FLCL for the first time, but it has a very serious sci-fi drama theme. This crazy and insane yet very well planned out anime series is very hard to find in any other anime series.

From all the Animations studio’s out there, GAINAX and Production IG are couple studio’s that makes great quality animation. The art details, colorful and attractive and crisp animaiton. Very Experimental indrawing out the movement of the characters and how the perspective is very elaborated. Putting them all together creating such a wonderfully insane animation.

All in all this is a great show and every anime fan should check it out; clearly some people will either find it too crazy or too hard to follow, but many, many other anime fans will love this show.
